I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who has practiced in the Poway area for over 25 years. My private practice focuses on individual, relationship and family psychotherapy. I have a special interest in working with adolescents and young adults. Currently, I am the Coordinator of a Mentoring program (KIT-Keep in Touch) for foster youth who have aged out of the system. I have always balanced my private practice work with volunteer experience. Whether in the role of a therapist or in the role of a community volunteer, I believe that the connection in relationships is the key to success.
Besides my private practice, my other experiences include:

- Teaching Parenting Classes
- Teaching Pre-Marital Workshops
- Leading Student Support Groups at Poway Unified Schools
- Member of Poway Unified Safety and Wellness Task Force
- Board of Director,
